If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for the services that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to CLEAR SSB, Vill & PO Gwalior, Panchgoan, Gurugram.
- Services refer to the Courses offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to CLEAR SSB, accessible from https://clearssb.in
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Refunds
1. Refund Policy for the Mock Personal Interview
Your fees can be refunded before attending an interview, but only after deducting the bank’s transaction fees. If you have already attended the interview no refund will be made. The refund process may take 1-2 weeks to complete.
2. Refund Policy for the Mock Psychology Test.
Before giving an exam, your fees can be refunded, but only after deducting the bank’s transaction fee. But if you have already given the exam no refund will be made. The refund process may take 1-2 weeks to complete.
3. Refund Policy For the Spoken English for SSB.
If you have not attended any classes, in that case, only the bank’s transaction fee would be deducted. But if you have attended some of the classes, then the fees of those classes would also be deducted in addition to the bank’s transaction fee. The refund may take 1-2 weeks time.
4. Refund Policy for the Medical.
A refund will be made only when you haven’t visited a doctor, but after deducting the bank’s transaction fees (It may take 1-2 weeks). If you have visited the doctor, no refund will be made.
5. Refund Policy For the SSB Coaching.
Before attending the Coaching, your fees can be refunded, but only after deducting the bank’s transaction fee. But if you have already attended the classes no refund will be made. The refund process may take 1-2 weeks to complete.
